Alfred – The Foundation of Sound (Rhythm Guitar)

Some musicians are born, others are infected – and for Alfred, it was definitely the latter. As soon as he got his hands on his first acoustic guitar as a teenager, there was no turning back. Music became his life's work.

From 1992 to 1997, he shaped the sound of Symetry, then rocked the stages with Crossbow for a decade. From 2009 to 2019, he held the rhythm guitar firmly in hand for No Fishing. Since 2021, he has not only been part of Mekong Age—he even gave the band its name.

With his unwavering groove and powerful chords, Alfred forms the band's rhythmic backbone. His playing is more than just accompaniment—it's the driving force that holds the songs together and gives them their distinctive structure.
